Refunds & Cancellation Policies
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. Bottles that are lost or damaged by the customer, or ordered in error cannot be replaced/refunded.
We take great care to ensure shipped wine arrives in proper condition, including the use of automatic holds during extreme temperatures. Should you choose to waive a weather hold, we are unable accept return of wine that was damaged during shipment.
Please send an email to info@solenaestate.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product. Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
Reservations for standard tastings must be cancelled by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations for dinners, elevated tasting experiences, and other special events, may require notice of 72 hours or more. While we do our best to accommodate circumstance, refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations. Most reservations can be transferred by the guest to another person.
