1st Course: Local Radishes with Smoked Salmon Butter & Baguette paired with our 2020 Willamette Valley Pinot Gris.
2nd Course: Spring Pea Cappelletti with Prosciutto, Parmesan & Pea Shoots paired with our 2020 Domaine Danielle Laurent Vineyard Chardonnay.
3rd Course: Milk-Braised Carlton Farms Pork Shoulder, with Sautéed Local Greens, & Glazed Baby Carrots paired with our 2018 Hyland Vineyard Pinot Noir and 2019 Zena Crown Vineyard Pinot Noir.
4th Course: Olive Oil Cake with Lemon Curd, Strawberry, Pistachio Crumble paired with our 2015 Brut Rosé.
