With warm weather and other signs of Spring beginning to bud all around us, we're bringing in the esteemed Chef Rebecca Clarke to capture the spirit of one of our favorite seasons in a multi-coursed lavish meal in the Great Room.

  • To Start: Ramp Fritters paired with our 2018 Blancs de Blanc.

    1st Course: Local Radishes with Smoked Salmon Butter & Baguette paired with our 2020 Willamette Valley Pinot Gris.

    2nd Course: Spring Pea Cappelletti with Prosciutto, Parmesan & Pea Shoots paired with our 2020 Domaine Danielle Laurent Vineyard Chardonnay.

    3rd Course: Milk-Braised Carlton Farms Pork Shoulder, with Sautéed Local Greens, & Glazed Baby Carrots paired with our 2018 Hyland Vineyard Pinot Noir and 2019 Zena Crown Vineyard Pinot Noir.
